The 2023–2024 General Update (GENUP) course is a four-hour continuing education course written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC). It's required for all non-BIC or non-BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate licensees to renew their licenses for the 2023–2024 license year.
